One of the key questions for any school is: what is the learning experience of the students in every lesson? We believe that this experience should be MEMORABLE.
A child comes home and is asked by the parents: “how was your school day?”; and the answer very often is … “good”. Which means, actually, average. Or, “what have you done today?”; and the answer is … “nothing”. Which means … nothing so exciting for me to remember, or talk about.
Lessons should make students reflect on their learning, give them a sense of accomplishment and validation of their efforts, and look forward to their new experience.
We believe that each school is unique, as each community of learners has its individuality, its ethos, vision and mission. Each school has a specific strategy and organizational culture. The learning experience is directly connected and influenced by all these fundamental elements.
We would like to support teachers, educators, schools and educational organizations to develop skills, strategies, and sustainable tools to offer students a learning experience which is personalized, effective, exciting and developmental. In one word: MEMORABLE.
Our main areas of support are:
- whole school development
- training for teachers, educators, form tutors
- development of leadership skills for school middle and senior leaders
- schools’ and educational centers’ journey towards national and international accreditations.
Our Values are:
- Resilience – as we understand that the journey for improvement, at an individual level as well as a school community, is demanding, continuous, exciting and challenging at the same time. Patience and perseverance are needed. We are partners for a long run.
- Rigour – as we understand that there is a great responsibility in working with children, and therefore, the processes, the procedures, the attitudes and the ethics developed in a learning environment need to be rigorously developed, monitored and constantly improved.
- Kindness – as we understand that the process of school development as well as working directly with children are profoundly human; and that human interactions have to be warm, empathic and with a great sense of humour.
- Adaptability – as we understand that each school or educational community has its great individuality, which needs to be valued and respected; therefore, our solutions and approaches must be tailored to their specific needs.
